Shipping policy

All customers will be contacted before shipping to ensure someone will be available to receive the shipment.

All orders are shipped via FedEx 2 Day shipping. Overnight shipping is available upon request.

Orders are shipped Monday – Tuesday only.

Perishable items are shipped frozen in a Styrofoam cooler with ice packs.

To ship your product, you will need to provide a phone number and email address, a physical address either to your home or office, and credit card information for payment processing. Receipt/invoice will be emailed unless otherwise requested. We accept all major credit cards.

Farm Fresh Beef provides the highest quality prime beef directly from our family’s farm to your family’s home. We inspect and package each order with care. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your package, and we will work to resolve the issue. Please review our Refund Policy for more information regarding refunds/returns.
